On the auspicious date of Sakyamuni Buddha’s birth festival, 26 May 2023, the Barcelona headquarters of the Hai Hui Shan Buddhist Community was officially inaugurated. The opening ceremony was held in line with Master Renshan and members of the Zhen Ning Jing Si Temple. The inauguration was witnessed by more than 70 people, including the religious affairs authorities of Catalonia and Barcelona, the Commissioner for Interculturalism and Religious Pluralism of Barcelona, as well as representatives of the Catalan diaspora, followers of Chinese Buddhism and lovers of Chinese culture.
The Hai Hui Shan headquarters is a place for learning Chinese Buddhist culture, a showcase for promoting traditional Chinese culture, a spiritual space to meet the faith needs of the faithful and the community office. We welcome everyone to visit us and join our community.
